SHIPPINGPOLICY
The formal terms covering delivery area, rates, processing, risk and undelivered parcels. Part of our Terms & Conditions.
SCOPE
This policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Lemon Gorilla EU and applies to every order placed through this site.
DELIVERY AREA
We deliver to addresses within the European Union only. Orders to destinations outside the EU cannot be accepted. As all deliveries remain within the EU customs union, no import duty or customs charge arises.
SHIPPING RATES
- Order value below €75 — €4.00
- Order value of €75 or above — no delivery charge
Rates include VAT at the applicable rate. The charge is calculated at checkout, displayed before the order is confirmed, and repeated on your confirmation email.
PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
We accept direct bank transfer and cash on delivery. Where payment is by bank transfer, processing begins when cleared funds are received; if payment does not arrive within a reasonable period we may cancel the order. Where cash on delivery is chosen, processing begins on confirmation of the order and payment is due to the carrier on delivery.
Orders are processed in the sequence received.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We will tell you if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk passes to you on delivery, meaning when you or someone you have nominated takes physical possession of the goods. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by an address that is wrong or incomplete. Tell us immediately if you spot a mistake — we can usually fix it before dispatch, rarely afterwards.
FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery cannot be completed and the parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further delivery charge may apply. Where an order is refused without a right of cancellation, we may deduct the cost of the return from any refund due.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather. If one occurs we will tell you and extend the delivery time. If the delay becomes unreasonable you may cancel the affected part of the order for a full refund.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
Report a damaged parcel, or one that has not arrived, as soon as you reasonably can — prompt claims are far easier to settle with the carrier. Your rights over faulty goods are set out in Returns & Refunds.
